Nils Jurischka

Nils Jurischka has been working at CTG since 2018 and was already part of the team from 2014 to 2017. Before joining CTG, he gained experience in other areas.​

As Principal Operations, Nils is responsible for reviewing and developing strategies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the teams. This includes knowledge transfer within the organisation.​

Furthermore, he supports the teams in search assignments, especially in TRUE sourcing, candidate management and problem solving. He develops and implements talent acquisition and retention strategies and monitors various KPIs in client projects.

Nils specialises in TRUE sourcing and has extensive experience with recruiting tools.

What he enjoys most about his work is the variety. He enjoys constantly discovering new things, improving systems and processes, passing on his knowledge and developing new talent acquisition measures.
