Senior DevOps & QA Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• You design and operate a sovereign, highly automated cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• You design and optimize CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) and create a seamless, fully automated build, test, and deployment environment.
• You develop a comprehensive test strategy for the entire system (unit, integration, E2E) and establish automated test frameworks.
• You implement modern monitoring and observability solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and guide the team in SRE best practices.
• You integrate security scans, compliance checks, and quality mechanisms directly into the pipeline, making “security-by-design” the standard.
• You take a central role in the technical enablement of the team, promote best practices, and strengthen the focus on automation and quality.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as a Senior DevOps, Cloud, or QA Automation Engineer.
• Deep expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) as well as container and orchestration systems (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and the development of automated CI/CD environments.
• Experience with test automation and modern test frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Pytest) and confident use of scripting languages (Python, Bash).
• A pronounced “automate everything” mindset and a strong commitment to quality.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and advancing DevOps and SRE cultures.
• Fluent English skills.
